How The Day Works

8:00–8:30 AM
Arrival + Networking with guided reflection prompts

8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Facilitated hot-seat sessions

Each participant will have time in the room to:

  • Share the real issue they’re facing

  • Receive clarifying questions

  • Hear strategic input from the group

  • Walk away with synthesized insight and clear direction

Lunch is provided.

3:30–4:00 PM
Wrap-up, commitments, and next steps
No pitch. Just connections, commitments, and clear action steps to solve the challenge you came in with.
