October 12-22nd 2026 | Tanzania – Limited to 8-12 Participants

This is not a trip. This is a rite of passage.

The Kilimanjaro Ascension is a curated leadership expedition for founders, executives, and high-capacity leaders ready to step outside the noise of daily life, meet the mountain with intention, and come home with deeper clarity about how they want to lead and live. The experience includes 90 days of preparation, an 11-day guided expedition in Tanzania, and post-climb integration led by the three experts who designed it.

Guided personally by Grace Harbour, Spencer Jones, and Cara Volpicelli

More than a summit

Most Kilimanjaro trips focus on getting you to the top.

This one is about who you become along the way.

The Kilimanjaro Ascension combines three dimensions rarely found in one experience: leadership transformation, structured physical preparation, and white-glove expedition logistics. Participants do not simply show up and hike. They prepare for 90 days, climb with expert support, and return home with integration designed to turn the lessons of the mountain into lasting change.

Leadership Transformation
Structured mindset, reflection, and leadership integration before, during, and after the climb.

Physical Preparation
A guided 90-day training and nutrition process so you arrive ready, confident, and strong.

White-Glove Expedition
Premium guides, porters, luxury camps, chef-prepared meals, and seamless on-ground logistics.

Why Kilimanjaro?

At 19,341 feet, Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest freestanding mountain in the world and one of the most powerful mirrors for leadership under pressure. On the mountain, clarity matters. Pacing matters. Presence matters.

Kilimanjaro is more than physical achievement. It is clarity under fatigue. Leadership under strain. Calm under altitude.

The mountain strips away performance. What remains is who you truly are. That is the work.

“Years from now, the summit will only be part of what you remember. The conversations, the quiet moments, and the clarity gained along the way will stay with you for life.”

The Journey

Phase I: The Inner Ascent
90 days before departure, participants begin a guided preparation process that includes leadership and mindset work, physical training, nutrition support, expedition readiness, gear guidance, and travel preparation. By the time the group arrives in Tanzania, they are ready physically, mentally, and logistically.

Phase II: Arrival & Immersion
The group arrives at Kilimanjaro International Airport and is transported to a luxury villa overlooking the mountain. This phase includes acclimation, welcome dinner, cultural introduction, safety briefing, intention setting, and group alignment.

Phase III: The Ascent
Participants climb with one of the most respected premium guide services on Kilimanjaro. Each day includes leadership framing, physical performance support, reflection prompts, and evening integration circles. This is real pressure, processed well.

Phase IV: Descent & Integration
After the climb, the work continues through a closing circle, reintegration, a 90-day leadership action blueprint, follow-up calls, alumni connection, and documentary release. The mountain is temporary. The transformation is not.
