Our Story
How Jonesin’ for came to be:
Jonesin’ for didn’t start with a vision to build a global movement. It started with a man who looked successful on the outside… and was falling apart on the inside.
Spencer began this journey helping people get fit, healthy, and motivated. Then it grew into teaching people how to Chase Their Passions, habits, mindset, positivity.
He took the courses. He read the books. He taught everything he learned. But none of it stopped him from hitting his rock bottom.
Behind the smile and the uplifting messages, Spencer was drowning. He hated the person he had become.
He was empty, exhausted, and was seriously contemplating suicide.
After promising Katie he wouldn’t, he went to therapy and began to face what was actually happening.
And in that dark place, he discovered the one thing no one was talking about:
All the tools, hacks, and habits were bandaids.
None of them addressed the underlying system.
That system is now known as your Energy Operating System (EOS).
Spencer began to rebuild his EOS from the inside out, slowly, painfully, courageously.
As he healed, he began helping others do the same.
Because no one should have to hit rock bottom.
No one should feel worthless.
No one should feel like they have to earn their right to exist.
Every person is the light, they just need help accessing it, protecting it, and shining it again.
Katie + Spencer: A shared calling:
Katie had her own seasons of darkness, burnout, overgiving, stress, and silent internal overwhelm. She knew what it felt like to carry too much while trying to be everything for everyone else.
Together, you both experienced:
- success on the outside that didn’t match how you felt inside
- moments of complete exhaustion
- losing yourselves in the noise
- knowing something had to change, but not knowing how
And you both felt called, deeply, to help people before they reached that breaking point.
That calling turned into the foundation of Jonesin’ for, a company intentionally designed to help over one billion people shine bright again.
THE BEGINNING:
A spark, a mission, and a choice
When Spencer began sharing positivity, leading meditations, and hosting small workshops, something unexpected happened:
People didn’t just respond…they transformed.
They felt seen. They felt lighter. They felt hope for the first time in a long time.
Katie saw the same thing: people were exhausted, overwhelmed, and struggling silently behind their achievements. Her compassion and intuition helped people finally breathe again.
Together, you realized:
- People don’t need more pressure.
- They need alignment.
- They need confidence that feels real.
- They need someone who believes in them until they remember how to believe in themselves.
What began as small acts of service grew into an undeniable calling.
THE TURNING POINT:

Through your combined growth, breakdowns, breakthroughs, and inner work, you discovered the real problem wasn’t:

We realized:This isn’t a coaching business. This is a movement.
A mission to help one billion heart-centered leaders reclaim their clarity, confidence, and purpose so they can elevate their families, their teams, their communities, and the world.
Jonesin’ for exists to help good people become aligned, confident, powerful leaders and to spark a ripple effect that changes everything it touches.
