How Jonesin’ for came to be:
Jonesin’ for began with a simple realization: too many people look successful on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside.
Spencer started this work by helping people individually with fitness, habits, mindset, positivity, and personal growth. Over time, that work reached thousands of leaders and high achievers who were carrying pressure, overwhelm, and responsibility behind the scenes.
But the more people we helped, the clearer it became: if we wanted to make a bigger impact faster, we needed to help the companies, teams, and organizations shaping people’s daily lives.
That shift became the next evolution of Jonesin’ for.
Today, Jonesin’ for helps companies make sure growth does not quietly burn out the people driving it. Through workshops, leadership development, and practical tools like The Pressure Reset, we help leaders stay calm, clear, centered, and effective under pressure.
This work is still deeply personal.
Spencer’s mission has always been to help people remember their worth, protect their energy, and live with more alignment, joy, and purpose. Now, Jonesin’ for brings that mission into organizations so we can support more people, more leaders, and more teams at scale.
